That’s individually quick frozen. All our shrimp is frozen immediately after harvesting to guarantee freshness. We sell headless, in shell, IQF Gulf shrimp in two pound bags or twenty pound cases.

Our catfish fillets and steaks are farm-raised in and around Macon, Mississippi. Superior Catfish Products is a processing plant that is owned by the farmers. This catfish is carefully monitored for flavor.
